Just thinking what I am thankful for, and I am so thankful. I love my family and my country. It is wonderful to live in a land that celebrates Thanksgiving, don't you think. I pray that we don't shut God out totally. We are so blessed because of His goodness toward us.

When I am busy, I am thankful for something to do. Work is good for us. When I feel the warm sunshine or look at the mountains, or admire a beautiful flower, I thank God for His wonderful creation. We are blessed by sun and rain, plants and animals, awesome heavens; What a variety! When I see my grandchildren, I am so thanksful and proud to be their grandma. And even when I am going through hard times I am thankful I have a great and good God to lean on. He gives me hope and peace and joy. Whatever I am enduring now will seem worth it all in the wonderful future that lies ahead.

I am thankful, too, for my customers on this website. What an adventure this has been, and still is. It has been a lot more work than I expected when we started out. I am learning. Thank you for your patience and kindness. God bless you as I have been blessed.

Why We Like Tranquility Incontinence Products

We have done considerable research to choose the best brands to offer our customers. In this blog I would like to tell you why we like Tranquility. Tranquility guarantees the performance of thier products. I was impressed with their product testing.
They use a testing method to measure the amount of fluid the product can absorb under pressure, simulating wearing conditions.

The International Standards Organization (ISO) Total Retention testing only records the amount of fluid a product can absorb. No pressure is used. As any user or caregiver knows, this meassurement is not practical for real life conditions.

With Tranquility the sample is weighed when dry. Then it is immersed in a saline solution that represents urine. The sample is spun in a centrifuge to remove excess "urine" and weighed again. This weight is the "wet weight" and is subtracted from the "dry weight". The result is recorded as the capacity to hold, or "capacity under pressure". All Tranquility products are tested by this method and the amount of liquid that could not be forced out is the capacity that is claimed for the product.
